Production, Maintenance and Quality Assurance
Our hourly production associates are the backbone of our business. Whether it鈥檚 working directly on our production line, keeping our technology in good working order or making sure that everything that comes out of our facility meets our premium standards, we鈥檝e got a role to match your skill set.

Administrative Support
Whether or not you have previous experience in the food industry, we welcome what you bring to the table. Our operation entails a variety of administrative roles, including sales representatives, human resource managers, marketers, engineers, analysts, accountants and more. Specific requirements and responsibilities will vary by position.
Internships and Management Trainees
For current college students and new college graduates, these programs offer a ground floor view of how our business is run, including a comprehensive view of how our various departments interact with one another. These programs are best suited for majors in Animal Science, Food Science, Agribusiness, Operations Management or related fields. Both programs offer competitive pay, and our Management Trainees also receive the full benefits, including health care and 401(k), that all 天涯海角APP Packers team members are eligible for.
